Do we accept returns?
Yes we do! However we believe you will LOVE your Velour Rose Microfibre Sponge. We accept returns if your product is brand new and unopened. We must be notified within 2 days of arrival. We quality control all items before they leave our HQ. We do not accept returns, if your security sticker is broken or seal has been torn. We take hygiene very seriously for the safety of all our customers.
Postage for returns?
